Position Overview

As a vital member of our customer support team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional first-line assistance to both internal and external clients through phone and email communications, focusing on order processing, product inquiries, and information clarification.
  • Serving as the main escalation contact for Order Management challenges, collaborating closely with retail teams to guarantee swift and effective resolutions.
  • Meticulously inputting data into the order management system to support smooth order execution.
  • Following established procedures to maintain a high standard of professional service delivery.
  • Utilizing relevant software, databases, and tools to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns related to order fulfillment and information requests.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles within call center settings, showcasing a strong grasp of customer service principles.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP or similar Order Management Systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage but not mandatory.
