Key Responsibilities:

The Facility Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the community's physical standards, ensuring safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency within budgetary constraints.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property, reporting any issues to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, ensuring the property is well-maintained.
  • Manage complex maintenance projects in collaboration with management.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of common areas, including amenities such as party rooms and pools.
  • Coordinate with cleaning services to ensure thorough maintenance of shared spaces.
  • Order and manage supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during working hours.
  • Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with community standards and report violations.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to three years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in HOA or multi-family settings.
  • Experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is preferred.
  • HVAC certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
