Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and effective maintenance services. This role involves direct interaction with guests, addressing their maintenance needs swiftly and professionally. Responsibilities include:
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks
- Engaging in specialized projects as needed.

Work Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts, typically from midday to evening.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21 to $23, depending on experience and qualifications. This is part of a comprehensive compensation package that includes various additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Execute maintenance tasks with a focus on quality
- Maintain professionalism in all guest interactions
- Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
- Manage hot tub and swimming pool operations
- Conduct trash removal and outdoor furniture maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas
- Assist with landscaping and snow removal tasks
- Utilize the work order system to log daily activities.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Experience in professional maintenance is essential
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 20 pounds
- Manual dexterity for operating equipment
- Capability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
