Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to case managers, including determining eligibility requirements, scheduling appointments, and uploading required documentation.
- Barrier Elimination: Assist in eliminating barriers to get customers into the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Referral and Appointment Management: Complete and submit accurate participant referrals and appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Employment Needs Assessment: Address participant employment needs through interviews, resume development, and job searching.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to develop stronger participant flows, ensuring effective communication and seamless service integration.
- Community Partnerships: Work with community partners and agencies to offer links to employment and training services, promoting EDSI Solutions' services.
- Technology Utilization: Effectively use technology to conduct business both in-person and virtually, as client needs dictate.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation: Learn and implement Federal, State, and local policies and procedures related to EDSI Solutions, WIOA, and other contracted grants.
- Outreach and Engagement: Contact participants by phone, referral, or in-person to schedule face-to-face meetings, introducing them to Missouri Job Center services and available training programs.
- Targeted Populations: Assist with outreach and providing services to targeted populations, as appropriate.
- Employment Skills Matching: Review participant employment skills and match with potential enrollment steps.
- Representation and Communication: Represent EDSI Solutions at conferences, meetings, and targeted social functions, as required.
- Education and Experience: Customer Service or Case Management experience, WIOA experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
