Job Description:

As a key member of our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager and Estimator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing production crews and job assignments, ensuring that all aspects of production are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Satisfaction: Represent the company and ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee Production Processes: Effectively manage all aspects of production, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, centers of influence, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with GM/Owner: Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner to ensure that production goals are met and customer needs are met.
  • Ensure Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate Effectively: Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Equipment and Asset Management: Proven experience in managing equipment and assets, including maintenance and repair.
  • Understanding of Safety Guidelines: Strong understanding of safety guidelines and protocols, with the ability to manage and enforce them on site and while traveling.
  • Aptitude with Record Keeping: Excellent record-keeping skills, with the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to Identify Areas for Growth: Strong ability to identify areas for growth and development among team members, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Strength in Team Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
