  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and beverages meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement a customer service strategy to ensure that residents receive exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience as a Chef and Culinary Manager.
  • Knowledge in all areas of menu planning, food preparation, and production.
  • Experience working on cruise ships, country clubs, and/or batch cooking a plus.
  • Knowledge in all areas of local health department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of management finance.
  • Knowledge of computers and software applications including Word and Excel.
