Assistant Manager Job Description

As a Kum & Go Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee inventory management, maximize store sales through effective merchandising and marketing programs, and assess store conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management, including vendor relationships and inventory control
  • Maximize store sales through effective merchandising and marketing programs
  • Assess store conditions and customer service levels, making adjustments as needed
  • Manage controllable costs, including inventory control, cash control, and day-to-day operations expenses
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of personnel and payroll-related administrative duties
  • Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals
  • Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment
Requirements:
  • Ability to understand financial and operational data
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including adaptability to change
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining high detail orientation
