Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of medical assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling and workflow processes to optimize clinic operations and improve patient flow.
- Collaborate with practice managers and other clinical leaders to achieve business objectives and improve patient satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and administer progressive discipline as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and staff performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve clinical operations and patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software systems.
- Current certifications, such as CMA or RMA, and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
