Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture centered around Teamwork, Execution, and Enjoyment. Responsibilities include participating in daily operations while maintaining a strong sense of balance. The Head Host will create a welcoming environment at the host stand, ensuring guests feel appreciated and recognized. We are in search of passionate professionals in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
- Experience with reservation systems
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively
- A collaborative team player with an optimistic outlook
- Composed and respectful under pressure
- Demonstrates tact and sound judgment when addressing guest concerns, responding with patience and courtesy
- Organized and efficient, capable of maintaining a tidy work area
- Possesses a strong sense of hospitality and understands its significance to our business
- Contributes to building a loyal customer base and supports community engagement initiatives
- Maintains a constant, warm, and inviting presence at the host stand
Additional Responsibilities:
- Available to assist as needed to ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant as directed by management.
- Adhere to health and food safety regulations, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours or as required.
- Must be capable of frequent mobility for extended periods.
- Regularly reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, and input data.
- Work in varying temperature environments.
- Availability for morning, mid, and evening shifts.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Ability to tolerate high noise levels from music and customer activity.
- Must be able to handle potential allergens.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
- Commitment to a consistent schedule of at least 4 days per week.
