About the Role

As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient interactions, from scheduling appointments to maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, obtain accurate patient information, and verify insurance coverage to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional patient care, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, monitoring the fax server, and retrieving electronic charts.
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and other team members to achieve specific team goals and deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 1+ years of customer service or healthcare-related experience
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Ability to work independently and maintain good judgment and accountability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
