Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals in commercial real estate and digital advertising

- Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, including brokers, buyers, and sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
- Manage a book of business in excess of $1 million in annual revenue
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or digital advertising sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel 25-30%
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships with clients
- Effective internal relationship building skills and externally with sales channels and customers
- Ability to retain proven sales producers and remove non-producers
