Job Overview

The Service Advisor at Patriot CDJR Pryor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in the service department.

This individual will act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

This is a full-time position in the automotive industry located in Pryor, Oklahoma, offering a base plus commission salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate diagnostic recommendations to customers
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
  • Communicate with technicians and provide updates to customers on vehicle status and repair costs
  • Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval for services
  • Maintain and update customer records and ensure accuracy of all service transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote and upsell additional services and products to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating weekends
