  • Lead and supervise a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service hours, productivity, and fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care and services.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention and assessment services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services, including collaborative documentation with treatment teams.
  • Participate in peer case consultation and individual supervision to ensure high-quality care and services.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a licensed practitioner with a license to practice in the state of Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, behavioral practice, or alcohol and drug counseling.
