Job Summary:The Senior Systems Engineering Technical Advisor - Planner/Scheduler will support the Intelligence Community (IC) client's Communication Directorate by developing and maintaining detailed schedules, plans, and supporting materials. The successful candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to define and develop schedules that meet mission goals and deliverables.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that satisfy stakeholder needs.
- Design and maintain an integrated master schedule (IMS) to meet evolving customer needs.
- Utilize the IC client's Enterprise Scheduling System (ESS) in accordance with established management plans.
- Develop schedules, maintain baselines, and report status.
- Provide analysis to identify misalignments, risks, issues, concerns, and opportunities.
- Develop presentation materials for readiness and other review boards, as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with various groups across the enterprise for inclusion, representation, and accuracy of data.
- Presents information to large audiences or senior management personnel.
- Must possess and be able to maintain an active TS/SCI with Poly.
- Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
- BS Engineering, Math, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Project Management, Schedule Development, and Microsoft Project.
- Systems Engineering and/or project planning experience working with large projects.
- Experience in developing/managing complex project schedules.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
- 5+ years of experience working in the Intelligence Community.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues.
- Strong interpersonal, customer interaction, written, and verbal and briefing skills with ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
