Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing technical execution for requirements systems engineering, design, integration, and test.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering activities and oversee other engineering managers and senior engineers in developing system solutions
  • Direct technical execution for requirements systems engineering, design, integration, and test
  • Take a multi-discipline approach to systems engineering, reliability, integration, test, and evaluation, and maintainability
  • Provide oversight and assistance in capturing and translating mission and customer requirements into system solutions
  • Support systems integration activities and provide technical leadership for engineers
  • Assess program risks and provide recommendations to the lead engineer and program manager
  • Ensure quality products and mentor junior engineers and technical personnel
  • Provide backup support for the Lead Engineer
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM field
  • 18+ years of experience working in government or industry related to DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, or systems engineering
  • Experience supporting NGA or NRO in an engineering capacity
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph

Highly Desired:

  • Experience with Sensor programs or segments that develop for them
  • Experience with Cloud solutions and data architecture development
