Cyber Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our customer in the area of Cyber Security, with a focus on Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Security, with experience in requirements analysis, risk management, and system integration. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Cyber Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and assessing technical reports on CDRL items delivered by Cyber Security Services contractors
- Providing assessments to the customer on the cybersecurity contractor's program performance
- Developing and maintaining acquisition artifacts to assist the customer in assessing contractor's performance
- Assisting in the development of execution reviews, acquisition roadmaps, and transition plans
- Developing briefings and artifacts for acquisition Readiness Reviews
- Providing technical recaps of customer meetings with cyber security contractors
- Working closely with the customer Lead and stakeholders to execute contracts
- Informing government leads on status and progress of all projects
- Working with government and contractor leads to address various systems engineering, system integration, and project management issues across projects
- Analyzing user needs, concept of operations, and high-level systems architectures to develop system requirements
- Assisting project managers in developing program documentation (TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, and Acquisition Strategies)
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of government procurement and logistics processes, as well as experience with customer's Cybersecurity Processes and tools/capabilities. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to support Group Level GPOCs.
