Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads by exploiting customer information
  • Utilize customer-provided tools to correlate and enhance initial leads and coordinate leads with other customer partner organizations
  • Possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and demonstrate maturity in your work
  • Deliver and sustain a cadre of cyber analytic personnel
  • Recommend innovative management ideas and solutions related to Cyber Analytics
  • Plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements, as well as analyze and report test results
  • Perform assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or enclave and identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy
  • Measure the effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities
  • Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and support obtaining certification and accreditation of systems
  • Assist in the implementation of required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6/3) and may make recommendations on process tailoring
  • Perform extensive analyses to validate established security requirements and recommend additional security requirements and safeguards
  • Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports

Requirements:

  • The position requires TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance
  • The position requires a Bachelor of Science or better in Computer Science with a minimum of ten (10+) years as a Technical Targeter
  • Provides advanced guidance and leadership to less-experienced cybersecurity personnel
  • Strong understanding of cyber analytic principles and practices
  • Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed
  • Experience supporting cyber threat analysis, the production of cyber-related analytic products, and the technical analysis of targeted cyber environments and systems
  • The position is on Customer Site
