Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and identifying trends to improve the quality of care delivered by Medical Groups/IPAs in the HMO networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement in UM/QR processes.
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve quality of care and reduce costs.
  • Collaborates with Medical Groups/IPAs and HMO management to implement improvements.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least 3 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in utilization review, quality assurance, or statistical research. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are also essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, based on location and experience.
