Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Confluence Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and promote a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess activities related to quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards.
  • Facilitate and coordinate efforts to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the Quality Management Program, including the Survey Readiness Committee.
  • Serve as a liaison for the Quality Management Subcommittee and facilitate consistent reporting and follow-through activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities of the Internal Audit program.
  • Provide consultation on policy, protocol, procedure, and guideline implementation, review, integration, and reconciliation.
  • Promote service excellence through ongoing evaluation and improvement efforts using CHVS methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88) or licensure through Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (SSB 5499).
  • Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience in the ambulatory and/or acute care setting.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management theory and familiarity with regulatory and accreditation organizations' standards.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
