Healthcare Quality Improvement Professional

The Healthcare Quality Improvement Professional will lead our efforts to improve healthcare quality by analyzing and evaluating UM plans for prospective and existing medical groups/IPAs. This role requires a strong understanding of managed care principles and the ability to analyze complex data sets to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with medical groups/IPAs and HMO management to implement UM/QR standards, communicating effectively to ensure seamless execution. In addition, you will design and implement educational programs to promote the UM/QR process among medical groups/IPAs, requiring frequent travel to locations for training and support.
We are seeking a registered nurse with 3 years of clinical experience and 2 years of experience in utilization review, quality assurance, or statistical research. Analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
