Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee extensive deployments of Exchange systems and messaging platforms, including mobile device management via MS Active Sync, Active Directory, IIS, and Spam/Anti-virus solutions.
  • Provide configuration, support, and management of Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related technologies.
  • Diagnose technical challenges and develop solutions utilizing established methods and tools.
  • Deliver on-site technical assistance for various versions of Microsoft Exchange, including 2003, 2010, 2016, 2019, and SaaS environments.
  • Facilitate on-site support for transitioning Microsoft Exchange from on-premises setups to cloud-based services.
  • Evaluate Microsoft server performance, conduct routine diagnostic assessments, execute system backups, and manage cluster failover processes.
  • Supervise Exchange message queues, address delivery failures, and perform message tracking while documenting findings in daily operational logs.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency through Microsoft tools.
  • Engage with global partners and Microsoft to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the M365 tenant and its functionalities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange environments, particularly in on-premises to cloud migrations.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory management.
  • Capability to monitor server alerts for network/system issues, manage Active Directory accounts, and perform data restorations.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous: MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, MO365.
