Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
- Perform routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as needed.
- Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center growth and profitability objectives.
- Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
- Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues and provide coaching support to fellow bankers.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of all products and services.
- Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.

The estimated salary range for this position is $21.50 to $26.00 USD an hour, and this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
