Physician - Primary Care Specialist

About the Role:
CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a skilled Physician to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our senior patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including wellness visits, physical exams, and chronic condition management.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- 5+ years of experience in primary care medicine, preferably in an outpatient setting
- Medical licensure in the state of Florida
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
