We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Corporate Paralegal Specialist to join our dynamic team at Global Partners. This individual will be responsible for providing legal support and services to various departments within the organization, with a focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC filings.

About the RoleThis role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development. As an In-House Corporate Paralegal Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a talented team of lawyers, paralegals, and business professionals to drive business success and excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with due diligence and closing matters related to mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
- Prepare and file UCC financing statements, as well as other corporate documents and records.
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of corporate documents and files.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC filings.
