Compensation Structure

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in in-home sales within the HVAC or construction sectors
  • Proven sales performance exceeding $2M for at least two years
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and follow-up abilities
  • Physical capability to navigate tight spaces and perform tasks in challenging environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
