Overview:
The Warranty Administrator is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims and repair orders. This position reports directly to the Warranty Manager and plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Thoroughly review repair orders to determine warranty specifications and process claims accordingly.
- Conduct research to identify potential warrantable repair orders and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with the Warranty department to facilitate parts returns and data entry of shipping requests.
- Prepare and process reports for warranty operations, as well as daily and weekly reports.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Warranty Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry role.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
