Job Summary

IMPACT Community Action seeks a skilled Weatherization Outreach Coordinator to support the Agency's Weatherization Program. The successful candidate will develop and maintain community partnerships, collaborate with stakeholders, and plan outreach activities to promote weatherization services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with homeowners, tenants, landlords, and community organizations.
  • Identify eligible households for weatherization services and establish relationships with community partners.
  • Make presentations and provide consumer education about weatherization programs to community groups and social services organizations.
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance with Agency and funding source requirements.
  • Verify and reconcile submitted reports and ensure timely entry into the OCEAN database.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2-4 years' experience in customer service, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License and/or reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree and experience working in a community service or social service agency.
Work Environment

The Weatherization Outreach Coordinator will work in a standard office environment, requiring the ability to operate a telephone and personal computer for extended periods. Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel may be required.
