Job Overview

Dynatrace is seeking a seasoned Global Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our platform into assigned accounts on a global basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term corporate and cloud strategies with key customers.
  • Collaborate with local sales and support teams across various geographies to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and adoption.
  • Develop and manage key initiatives to drive strategy realization over a 2-3 year period.
  • Mobilize and execute the end-to-end land, adopt, and grow ARR strategy to drive business growth and adoption.
  • Leverage the Dynatrace services, support, partner, and hyper-scale ecosystems to expand the Dynatrace footprint through innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of account plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of handling large complex deal negotiations and global contracts.
  • Experience working with G500 banking, finance, or insurance customers as a Global Account and Relationship Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem in large, global enterprises.
  • Ability to navigate across the business and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to bring sales or consulting expertise to drive business growth and adoption.
