About the Role

Lime, a leading provider of shared electric vehicles, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its Operations Business Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delve into Lime's operational data to uncover valuable insights and patterns that drive business performance, translating these findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and operate insightful workflows that standardize the data insights process, including creating replicable methodologies, developing scoring models, and establishing best practices for data investigations.
  • Serve as a bridge between operations and data teams, leveraging communication skills to translate findings into clear, compelling narratives, and present insights to senior partners to facilitate understanding and drive action.
  • Work independently to align data processes with broader business objectives, proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and take ownership of initiatives from conception to implementation, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business intelligence, data science, or related fields.
  • Expert-level SQL skills, with comfort using SQL to create original, sophisticated queries from raw data.
  • Expert-level spreadsheet skills, with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets to build large, complex models in workbooks, and use them to extract data insights.
  • Strong track record of proactivity and curiosity, with a genuine interest in understanding the intricacies of Lime's operations, and a consistent ability to work independently, identifying key issues and opportunities without needing constant direction.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create concise and compelling narratives.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience presenting directly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using Python in the workplace.
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $165,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
