The Business Intelligence Analyst will be the source of truth for the company, working closely with leaders from our GTM teams through the rest of the company to understand our business and leverage data that drives key business decisions and ultimately drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BI strategies that align with our product goals and overall business objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to business performance, user behavior, and product usage.
  • Design and maintain robust data architecture, including data warehouses and data lakes, to support efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to identify data-driven insights that can enhance our Network Monitoring product and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in BI, data analytics with a particular focus on their application in SaaS companies to continuously improve our BI capabilities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or network monitoring industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlixxk. Bonus points if you have experience with Zoho Analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions and big data technologies.
  • Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS product metrics and performance indicators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
