  • Identify and suggest additional products to clients to meet their needs.
  • Connect clients to sales agents for additional policy needs.
  • Document contact summaries and manage customer communication databases.
  • Participate in retention processes and provide feedback to improve services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in the retail or service industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-driven, consistent, and committed.
  • Friendly and professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize clients and tasks.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Success in working in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
