Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Supervision: Supervise and coordinate operational activities for large and complex ongoing accounts, serving as the liaison between Dispatch and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Job Walks and Inspections: Perform job-walks to determine operational needs and conduct inspections of all work performed at assigned projects for quality and thoroughness.
  • Problem-Solving and Reporting: Troubleshoot system or operational problems that may arise on a daily basis and report any issues to the appropriate person.
