Role Summary:
The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer journey. This individual will be a strong advocate for our clients, possessing excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our offerings. Responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process, gathering user feedback, and implementing strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless integration of our products.
  • Deliver thorough training and resources to empower customers in utilizing our solutions effectively.
  • Proactively engage with clients to enhance the adoption of our services.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a positive relationship.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide a unified customer experience.
  • Oversee outsourced teams to ensure quality project delivery.
  • Manage the Customer Success curriculum, continuously refining it to meet performance goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS B2C environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and enhancing professional skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
