Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who will offer strategic direction to clients at various phases of their engagement with Bolster. As an integral part of our organization, you will work closely with internal teams to foster business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and provide strategic insights to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Advocate for the growth and utilization of Bolster across a varied customer demographic.
  • Conduct Executive Reviews to assess customer requirements and propose solutions.
  • Guide clients towards maximizing the value derived from Bolster's offerings.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Develop both internal and customer-facing materials.
  • Assist in generating customer testimonials and case studies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Security operations and Fraud prevention teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and similar tools is advantageous.
