  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to align business and technical objectives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a customer advocate and liaison to various internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Executive Leadership.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to support Pure Storage / Portworx programs both internally and externally.
  • Exercise sound judgment in a high-performing, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail and the broader vision.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Pure's products and services.
  • Participate in Executive Briefing Committee discussions, Sales Account Strategy & Growth planning, and Technical Support troubleshooting.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel to visit customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing relationship management role, with a preference for backgrounds in TAM, CSM, Professional Services, Support, or Sales Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience with container orchestration technology in an enterprise setting.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients across various sectors.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing urgency, and executing detailed action plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical issues to diverse audiences and conveying business impacts to executives.
  • Proven ability to address critical issues, facilitate discussions, and present matters at the executive level.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to and influence within a new business line with developing policies and processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Solid technical knowledge of VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure.
  • Broad understanding of the cloud-native landscape and current CNCF projects.
  • Ability to identify new use cases that could benefit from cloud-native architecture.
  • Capability to conduct technical demonstrations of newly released features relevant to specific accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managed Kubernetes offerings such as GKE, EKS, and AKS.
  • Experience with customers deploying and managing production Kubernetes applications in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of architecting stateful applications within container orchestration systems.
