About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Associate. As an Account Associate, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Insurance Sales and Marketing: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
