Patient Care Technician

The Patient Care Technician - Float Pool will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dialysis procedures and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care and support in a dialysis setting
- Assist with dialysis procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent)
- At least 1 year of PCT dialysis experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
