Job Summary:

The Surgical Technician will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, ensuring the proper equipment is sterilized and available, and providing assistance during surgical procedures. This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for surgery by ensuring they are properly positioned and equipped with necessary medical devices.
  • Ensure the proper equipment is sterilized and available for surgical procedures.
  • Provide assistance during surgical procedures, including preparing and maintaining the operating room.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
Requirements:
  • Surgical Tech National Certificate
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of relevant experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate of $1,242 - $1,359 per week
  • 12-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Most contracts are 40 hours per week
