Position Summary:

Acquire real estate data from a nationwide network of vendors, ensuring that quality, turnaround, and cost standards are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks to the appropriate vendors promptly.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with examiners to assess turnaround times.
  • Evaluate and confirm the accuracy and completeness of data provided by abstractors.
  • Oversee abstracting expenses and make necessary adjustments to files.
  • Engage with county offices for clarification of information as needed.
  • Update status and inform clients of any delays.
  • Attach corresponding searches to the relevant files.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Exhibit a personable, positive, collaborative, professional, and dependable demeanor.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, accept guidance, and work overtime as necessary.
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in the title or mortgage industry.
  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
