Job Summary

This position requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as a Resident District Manager (RDM) for our corporate clients. The RDM will be responsible for managing a large account team, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong background in food service or hospitality operations. They will be able to develop and execute business plans, lead high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a large account team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance.
  2. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational and financial goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
  5. Conduct site audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience in food service or hospitality operations, preferably with sizeable volume.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with POS software.
