Regional Business Operations Manager

This position requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as a Resident District Manager (RDM) for our corporate clients. The RDM will be responsible for managing a large account team, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong background in food service or hospitality operations. They will be able to develop and execute business plans, lead high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a large account team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational and financial goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Conduct site audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- A minimum of three years of management experience in food service or hospitality operations, preferably with sizeable volume.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with POS software.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year.
