Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products.
  • Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, solicit additional sales, and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Identify and assess customer needs over the phone.
  • Guide clients on the insurance policies that best meet their requirements.
