Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Comprehensively understand and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all insurance products.
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and various lead sources.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, solicit additional sales, and resolve or escalate issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs over the phone.
- Guide clients on the insurance policies that best meet their requirements.
