Life Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Sales Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for responding to client requests for more information on our life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on the client's needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in computer and phone skills
- Must have a computer, phone, and internet connection
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Life and Health insurance license (access to licensing will be available through us)
Benefits
- OTE: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
