Insurance Sales Leader

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team at PR Financial as a Sales Executive. This role offers uncapped income potential with first year commissions typically ranging from $50,000 to $100,000.
The Sales Executive position will be expected to sell at a high level before transitioning into a team lead and manager role. As a leader, you will be responsible for building and growing a designated territory, and will have the opportunity to vest day one, starting your journey to passive income.
This is a commission-only position, and the top 20 earners with our company make well into the seven figures. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a hard worker, willing to put in at least 40 hours per week. You will also need to be driven, with promotions and income based directly on performance.
We are looking for someone with a track record of success, whether that be in sports, business, or education. You will need to have a long-term mindset, willing to work hard today to reap the benefits of residual and renewal income for years to come. Additionally, you must have an active driver's license and be willing and able to obtain a life insurance license.
We provide hands-on training, a flexible schedule, and continuous coaching to ensure your success. You will also have access to top-notch leads, generated through direct mail, social media, internet websites, and a check lead system.
Qualifications:
- Leader: We are looking for an individual who wants to grow with the company and has aspirations of growing their own insurance agency.
- Hard-worker: Someone who is willing to work at least 40 hours per week, with success directly correlated with work ethic.
- Driven: Promotions and income are based directly on performance.
- Successful: We are looking for someone with a track record of success, whether that be in sports, business, or education.
- Long term mindset: We are looking for an individual who is willing to work hard today to reap the benefits of residual and renewal income for years to come.
- Must have an active driver's license and be willing and able to obtain a life insurance license.
What's Provided:
- Hands on training: Field training will be provided to ensure proficiency in the sales process.
- Flexible schedule: The Sales Associate position includes a flexible schedule, however each individual is expected to work 40 hours a week.
- Continuous coaching: We help the agent learn while they earn, with the coach and upper management available during all hours to assist the agent during the sales process.
- Top notch leads: We generate our own leads via direct mail, social media, internet websites, and a check lead system, exclusive to our agents and not sold outside of the agency.
