Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring all areas are fully stocked, properly displayed, and ready for events.
  • Customer Service: Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs, preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Provide two-way communication, nurture an ownership environment, and emphasize motivation and teamwork to drive results.
  • Financial Performance: Achieve assigned budget, sales, and cost goals, and effectively verify opening and closing inventories.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all health and safety regulations within Levy and State standards.
  • Recruitment and Development: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and appraising talented personnel.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service: Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Understanding of financial concepts.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
