- Customer Service: Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs, preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Team Leadership: Provide two-way communication, nurture an ownership environment, and emphasize motivation and teamwork to drive results.
- Financial Performance: Achieve assigned budget, sales, and cost goals, and effectively verify opening and closing inventories.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all health and safety regulations within Levy and State standards.
- Recruitment and Development: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and appraising talented personnel.
- Responsible Alcohol Service: Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Understanding of financial concepts.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
