About the Role

Closets by Design Birmingham is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage designers' appointment calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver administrative support to the office staff, sales team, and production/installation department
  • Perform general office duties and maintain a working knowledge of computers
