About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team at Plexus Worldwide. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and implement end-to-end journey and life-cycle campaigns.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to determine ideal marketing approaches to further business goals.
  • Partner with Headquarters and international teams to develop new marketing ideas, designs, and processes.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategy, and collaborate with local marketing teams to drive product promotion strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a nutritional, supplement, weight management, or skincare company.
  • Demonstratable experience in global marketing strategies.
  • Ability to champion projects and drive measurable results.
