About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Development Department. As a Development Associate, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Development Department, including answering calls, responding to emails, and processing mail.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing invitations, registration forms, and arranging logistics.
  • Process and track expense reports for Development Department staff.
  • Prepare and enter requests in TSAMM for Divisional Finance Board approval.
  • Maintain the Divisional Development Department calendar and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Development Department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional secretarial courses preferred.
  • Two years' experience performing secretarial work in an office environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
