Job Summary

Thrive is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team. As Vice President of Sales, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Establish and track sales targets, KPIs, and metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions.
