Sales Associate Senior

Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Follow company cash control policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services.
- Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation and store maintenance.
- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Stock and rotate products, including coolers and freezers, to ensure a well-stocked and organized store.
- Complete training activities and pass minimum job performance standards to ensure proficiency in all areas.
- Follow company general rules of conduct and code of ethics to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Motivate sales associates to grow store sales and profitability through suggestive selling techniques.
- Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines.
- Time Management: Value time and use it effectively and efficiently, concentrating on important priorities and attending to a broader range of activities.
- Action Oriented: Enjoy working hard and seizing opportunities, not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning.
- Customer Focus: Act with customers in mind, dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Determination: Pursue everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish, seldom giving up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment that requires being on your feet for an extended period of time.

- Customer service experience desired
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
- Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level
- Comprehend and perform basic math skills
- Understand, comprehend, and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills
