Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Paid Social to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our digital group, you will be responsible for leading all day-to-day Paid Social operations and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic Paid Social plans to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in Paid Social operations, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social efforts and present innovative, business-building recommendations.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and improvement.
  • Facilitate the development and documentation of standard methodologies for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
  • 5+ years of experience planning and buying across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, 3rd Party API technology, and Native UIs.
  • Significant client-facing and relationship management experience is required.
  • Prior experience managing a team and demonstrating the ability to train and grow junior members.
